Comment: Dear Practice Manager
I feel I want to write this letter to show my appreciation to Dr Saluja for the way he dealt with my illness. After having my second knee replacement last year I saw Dr Saluja because my knee and both legs were swollen up. He sent me for various blood tests and outpatient appointments in case I had a blood clot. The tests were negative but Dr Saluja changed my medication in February this year. The swelling has gone down and also I feel so much better in myself. I am now able to walk and play golf without getting breathless. Thank you.
With kind regards,
3rd March 2016
Re: Thursday morning Clinic
This is to let you know that in consultation with NHS England, we are transferring appointments on Thursday mornings to Aveley Medical Centre.
This temporary measure has been forced upon us as a result of shortages of clinical staff. We are hoping to have this resolved as soon as possible and advertisements have been placed already.
Thanking you in anticipation.
