OUR TELEPHONE SYSTEM

Our telephone lines are always exceptionally busy, they have to cater for in excess of 12,000 patients overall.   On average we have in excess of 100 calls in the first hour of the phone lines been available in the morning for patients requesting  to  make an appointment or for a Home Visit

We do ask that you call back after 10am for all non urgent calls / queries or results

Please beware that once you hear the recording you are being charged at your supplier rate. We are not responsible for this charge.

Apologies from Aveley Medical Centre if you do experience getting through to us, but our receptionist are doing their utmost to help the person before you .

We do offer eCONSULT via our website, where GP or Nurse Practitioner will contact you within 24hrs.
