Many of our older patients have seen great changes in the services offered by this practice.  We are always looking to improve the quality and the range of services offered.

We are mindful of the needs of our patients and the available transport services in the area. It is because of this we arranged for the consultants and the phlebotomist to visit us every Monday, Wednesday  Friday mornings, rather than send the patients to Basildon Hospital.

If you feel you  have a suggestion on how we can further improve our services please write to our Practice Manager clearly stating your suggestion .  You may find that your suggestion has already been suggested or tried. The Practice Manager will reply to your suggestion.

The responsibility of you as the patient for keeping your appointment is essential.  Appointments are very precious to everyone registered with us, therefore, if you are unable to attend your booked appointment, please call and cancel as soon as possible. After 3 missed appointments you may be asked to register elsewhere and that may include your siblings ( family ).

From time to time, things may  not go as well as you expected and you may feel that need to complain.  In the event of this, please write to the Practice Manager to discuss a grieveance or complaint.  We have an in-house complaints system which has works well.  If it is thought that the matter is not in our province to solve, we may well give further bodies for you to contact to carry on your complain until you  have reached a solution that is acceptable.
